Hemp Fabric Care

Hemp will take good care of you, especially if you take good care of it. Below are some suggested tips for taking the best care of your hemp.

HEMP + ORGANIC COTTON BLENDS:

Machine wash cool, gentle with like colors.
Tumble dry, low heat.
Do not use spot laundry cleaners, bleach or other chemical and enzyme cleaners like oxi-clean.
Take care not to wash with garments with zippers or velcro or towels with texture as this will cause abrasion and pilling.

HEMP + WOOL BLENDS:

Follow the same instructions as above for Hemp + Organic Cotton blends, but be extra careful to only tumble dry on very cool settings. Laying flat to dry is the best way to maintain integrity of wool fibers.

"I had three bags to send. I registered three bags to be sent and only one showed up with QR code, I tried logging into my account on the app and browser. The browser kept telling me login info was incorrect leading me a cycle of reset password sequences while the app just showed one registration and QR code. So, I only ended up sending one bag and throwing the other away. A complete waste because of third party. . . well, enshitification. I am disappointed that you all use Trashie as it just wants to make money off of good intentions to recycle clothes in an ecological, planet conscious way. Jungmaven , you can do better-- how about following Patagonia's system of recycling?"

What is trash?? Baby recycle!

"Trashie, what a name. For is it truly trash?? 🤔 The bag is a bit expensive, but ya can fit a lot in it to be repurposed in a good manner. I fit a jacket, sweater, 4-5 pairs of holy socks, shorts, swimsuit, 6ish boxer-briefs, and a pair of boots. Worth it to see everything hopefully made use of properly. 👍"
